2015 - Year In Review

When 2014 ended, my resolution was to go out there and stop being shy, take portraits and take what I learned and do better.  2015 is now over and I took my own advice and I got out there more, I took more portraits and I learned a lot and I mean A LOT.  There wasn't a day that went by that I wasn't learning about my camera, post production or reaching out to other photographers on advice. (big thanks to all those who have helped me!)

I still feel like something is missing though, I'm not ready yet and I am still itching to grow and be better.  2016 is here and I want to add on to what I have been telling myself to do but now it's even more complex because I am seeing things even more clearer than before when I frame a picture.

  • More Portraits
  • Capture movement
  • Capture RAW emotion
  • Experiment
  • Develop "YOUR" style

I know what I have to do, so I am looking forward to what 2016 has to offer.  I want it to be a big and creative year and I am already out there every day shooting to make it happen.  I can't wait to share!

It was near impossible to pick out my favorite pictures from the many pictures I have taken this year but I narrowed it down to a few of my favorites.  Thanks again for following me on my journey from the people that have been there from the beginning and the new followers that I get each day.  It is very encouraging and I am ready to tackle this year!
